Rope Access

Our team of IRATA trained abseilers make maintenance, cleaning, and repairs easier, providing a cost-effective, practical solution to reach areas of difficult access.

Abseiling

With the complexities of modern architecture and the trend to taller buildings with non-structural and non-load-bearing curtain wall systems, industrial abseiling is the affordable solution that enables our team to operate in these areas of difficult access. Rope access allows our team to assess damages quickly and start repairs promptly, without needing to wait for expensive and time-consuming equipment. It is greener compared to conventional access methods and does not disrupt the occupants of the building or those in the street below – unlike scaffolding and other access methods which sometimes require road closures, local authority permits, and lengthy planning. Industrial abseiling saves you time and money.

TASKS COVERED VIA ROPE ACCESS

Our technicians are IRATA trained and can carry out the following via rope access:

  • investigation work
  • glass repairs
  • maintenance
  • cleaning, painting
  • mastic works

We can also install EN795 compliant abseil points and posts or re-certify existing ones.

Difficult access

As well as IRATA training, all our technicians have the necessary MEWP training needed to work safely at certain heights and can perform inspections, testing and operations via mast.
